If the traveler renounces the trip, it is necessary to fill in the following form to request the cancellation of the travel document, which will be reimbursed according to the procedures described in points 4 and 5 of the general conditions of carriage, under Terms and Conditions.
The refund request must be communicated within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, requests received beyond this deadline they will not be accepted.
