Authorization Minor

AUTHORIZATION FOR NON-ACCOMPANIED TRAVELERS (12-17 YEARS)
TO COMPLETE AND ATTACH TO THE TICKET

Unaccompanied minors with valid ID, between 12 and 17, must be in possession of a valid authorization to travel issued by the parent or guardian. Download the Minor Authorization form below, complete it and attach it to the ticket.

In the absence of such authorization the Autolinee Onebus S.r.l. will be exempt from the responsibility of custody of the child.
